The harness. Contextual Encryption. Local models that keep working if the cloud dies.
The trade changes. The problem is the same: work leaks, guesses slip through, and data walks out the door.
You Name ItKitchen. Clinic. Yard. Office. Shop. We structure the AI around the end goal. Your people stay employed.
A harness is several AI boxes checking each other. One box alone is a guess.

Fable 5.1 (Claude), working alone
30 checks
Missed every check. Another box in the set still had the answer.
Many check each other
Caught 29 of the 30 the one box missed
That is our 30-question check. Grok hit 30 / 30. Codex hit 29 / 30. None of the boxes were fooled. Gray pip = another box still had the key.
A different test, run by Artificial Analysis. Not our 30 checks. When the model is not correct, how often it still answers instead of saying it does not know.
Fable 5.1 also posted the highest accuracy they have measured on that test (67.2%) and tried 93.4% of the questions. It got smarter and guessed more. That is why a harness still has to catch the miss.
Our 30-check: KAS, September 2026. Outside study: Artificial Analysis AA-Omniscience, Fable 5.1 article 1 Sep 2026; Grok 4.5 and GPT-5.6 Sol on the AA-synced board.
KAS created this system in 2025. Cloud AI keeps your job. A local model on your machine scrambles it first.

We use a method called Contextual Encryption, a system KAS created in 2025. A local model masks your data so that even someone who gets it cannot tell what is valid, what is not, and what jobs you are actually on. We use techniques from the best encryption people working now. That is all we say about it here.
Three different setups. A generator is not one of them — it is how a local box stays on if the power dies.
This is the privacy setup. It is not a backup brain.
This is the backup brain. One site. One thinking box. Power backup is part of it, not a separate product.
This is not one backup box. It is many boxes at each site, catching each other’s misses, with no live dependence on a vendor outage.
Any industry. The harness, Contextual Encryption, and local models around it.
